- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and black pepper.
- Brush the maple Dijon glaze generously over each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Spoon any remaining glaze over the salmon before serving.
