Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Brush the maple Dijon glaze generously over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Spoon any remaining glaze over the salmon before serving.
