Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or sliced)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp green onions (optional, chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  2. In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise or yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to wrap.
  4. Place a portion of BBQ chicken onto each tortilla.
  5. Top with a generous amount of coleslaw.
  6. Sprinkle green onions on top if using.
  7. Fold in the sides and roll the wraps tightly.
  8. Serve immediately.
