Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or sliced)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 tortillas or wraps
- 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp green onions (optional, chopped)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise or yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to wrap.
- Place a portion of BBQ chicken onto each tortilla.
- Top with a generous amount of coleslaw.
- Sprinkle green onions on top if using.
- Fold in the sides and roll the wraps tightly.
- Serve immediately.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
- Add sliced avocado or cheese for extra richness.
- Mix hot sauce into BBQ chicken for added heat.
