Ingredients

  • 3 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cups water (divided)
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar or honey (to taste)
  • 12 cups ice cubes
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the sliced peaches with 1 cup of water until smooth.
  2. Strain the peach puree if a smoother texture is desired, or leave it pulpy.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the peach puree, fresh lemon juice, and remaining 2 cups of water.
  4. Add sugar or honey and stir until fully dissolved.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more sweetener or lemon juice as needed.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.

Notes

  • Use fresh peaches for the best flavor, but frozen (thawed) can also work.
  • Add sparkling water instead of still water for a fizzy version.
  • Cook peaches with sugar to create a syrup for a deeper flavor.
