Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon (cubed)
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)
  • 1 cup pineapple (chunks)

  • 2 kiwis (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp orange juice or lime juice
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  2. Place all prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix orange juice or lime juice with honey or maple syrup if using.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  5. Add chopped fresh mint if desired.
  6. Chill the fruit salad for about 15 minutes before serving.
