Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced strawberries in a bowl and toss with granulated sugar and lemon juice.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Prepare six serving glasses or parfait cups.
  5. Add a layer of cake cubes to the bottom of each glass.
  6. Spoon a layer of strawberries and their juices over the cake.
  7. Add a layer of whipped cream over the strawberries.
  8. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with whipped cream.
