Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water

Instructions

  1. Peel and seed the papaya, then chop into cubes.
  2. Place papaya and water or coconut water in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and add lime juice and sweetener if desired. Blend again briefly.
  5. Optional: Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  6. Serve over ice or chill in the fridge before serving.
