- 2 chicken breasts or thighs

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken until golden on both sides and fully cooked through, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt the remaining butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and chicken broth, stirring well and letting the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over it, letting it cook briefly to absorb flavors.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
