Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
- 1 banana, divided
- 1 cup yogurt or milk
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the strawberry layer by combining strawberries, half of the banana, half of the yogurt or milk, and sweetener if desired until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a glass and set aside.
- Rinse the blender.
- Blend the mixed berry layer using mixed berries, the remaining banana, remaining yogurt or milk, and sweetener if desired until smooth.
- Carefully pour the second layer over the first, using the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

- Pour the second layer slowly to keep layers distinct.
- Use frozen fruit for a thicker texture.
- Skip sweetener if fruits are naturally sweet.
