Instructions
- Brew fresh espresso or strong coffee.
- In a jar or shaker, combine the hot espresso, brown sugar, and cinnamon if using.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled and slightly frothy.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the shaken espresso over it.
- Top with oat milk and stir gently to combine.
- Add vanilla extract if desired, then serve immediately.
