Ingredients

  • 1 package fudge stripe cookies (solid chocolate side up)
  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
  • Optional: frosting, candy melts, or decorative sprinkles for added flair

Instructions

  1. Place fudge stripe cookies upside down on a baking sheet or tray (chocolate side facing up).
  2. Add a small dab of frosting or melted candy to the center of each cookie.
  3. Press one unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss onto the frosting to form the witch hat shape.
  4. If desired, pipe a ring of colored frosting (e.g., orange, purple, green) around the base or add sprinkles or candy buckles.
  5. Let the cookies set at room temperature or in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until the frosting is firm.
  6. Serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Melted chocolate or candy melts can be used instead of frosting to “glue” the Kisses.
  • Swap fudge stripes with Thin Mints for a minty version.
  • Use mini peanut butter cups instead of Kisses for a twist.
  • Great for kids to assemble—no baking, knives, or heat required.
  • Store at room temperature for up to 5 days.
