- 4 chicken thighs or drumsticks

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Pat the chicken dry and place it in a baking dish or on a lined baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and optional herbs.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
- Roast for 35–45 minutes, basting occasionally with pan juices, until golden and fully cooked.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle with lemon juice if desired before serving.
