Instructions
- Wash and slice the peaches into wedges.
- Place mixed greens or arugula in a large bowl and layer peach slices on top.
- Sprinkle crumbled cheese and thinly sliced red onion over the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice or balsamic vinegar, and honey.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then top with nuts before serving.
