Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Season the sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, then remove it from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the sliced bell pepper to the skillet and cook until slightly softened.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and add the cooked pasta.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes if desired before serving.

- Shrimp can be substituted for chicken for a seafood variation.
- Add mushrooms, spinach, or cherry tomatoes for extra vegetables.
- Smoked sausage adds even more Cajun flavor.
