Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup yogurt or 1/2 cup ice cream (optional)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew coffee and let it cool completely.
- Add cooled coffee, banana, milk, yogurt or ice cream, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired, then blend again briefly.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use frozen banana for a thicker, colder smoothie.
- Add peanut butter for extra richness and protein.
- Include protein powder for a more filling option.
- Add cocoa powder or chocolate syrup for a mocha flavor.
- Use plant-based milk to make it dairy-free.
