Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or 1/2 cup ice cream (optional)
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee and let it cool completely.
  2. Add cooled coffee, banana, milk, yogurt or ice cream, and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired, then blend again briefly.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
