- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup freeze-dried raspberries (lightly crushed) or fresh raspberries (finely chopped)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add almond butter, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Gently fold in the raspberries and any optional add-ins.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Scoop out small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Store in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy.
Notes
- Freeze-dried raspberries give a firmer texture than fresh.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of maple syrup.
- If too wet, add a bit more oats.
