  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  5. Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Lightly spray the tenders with cooking spray or olive oil spray for extra crispiness.
  7. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until golden brown and fully cooked.

Notes

  • Chicken breasts sliced into strips can be used instead of chicken tenders.
  • Crushed cornflakes create an extra crispy coating.
  • Add cayenne pepper or hot sauce for spicy chicken tenders.
  • Italian seasoning or ranch seasoning can be added for different flavor variations.
  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for the crispiest texture.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer to maintain crispiness or freeze for up to 2 months.
