Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add water, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper to a small saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture forms a thick paste.
  3. Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes to blend the flavors.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  5. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
  6. To serve, stir 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of concentrate into warm milk and sweeten if desired.
