Instructions
- Chop watermelon into cubes, removing seeds if necessary.
- Add watermelon, lime juice, agave nectar, and water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Optional: Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
- Pour over ice in glasses. Garnish with lime or mint if desired.
Notes
- Use frozen watermelon cubes for a slushier version.
- Swap still water for sparkling water just before serving for a fizzy twist.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less agave nectar.
- Try it with other fruits like cantaloupe, honeydew, or strawberries.
