Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, pineapple chunks, banana, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Pour in the coconut milk.
- Add the honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut milk and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Add Greek yogurt for a thicker smoothie and extra protein.
- Mix in a tablespoon of shredded coconut for stronger coconut flavor.
- Add a splash of lime juice for a bright citrus twist.
- Frozen fruit works well and makes the smoothie thicker and colder.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day and stir before drinking.
