Ingredients

  • 3 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the fruit by slicing the peaches and strawberries and halving the grapes if needed.
  2. Place all the prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit.
  5. Gently toss everything together to coat evenly without crushing the fruit.
  6. Sprinkle chopped fresh mint over the salad and mix lightly.
  7. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches for the best texture.
  • Toss peaches with a little lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • You can add raspberries, blackberries, mango, or kiwi for variation.
  • For a tropical twist, add a splash of orange juice or shredded coconut.
  • Adjust honey depending on the sweetness of the fruit.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Stir gently before serving again as fruit may release juices.
