Instructions

- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice or balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Arrange the spring greens on a large serving platter or bowl.
- Top with asparagus, strawberries, radishes, red onion, and crumbled goat cheese.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- Sprinkle with toasted nuts or seeds if using, toss gently, and serve immediately.
