Ingredients

1 box (3 oz) strawberry Jell-O mix

1 cup hot water

1 cup crushed ice or cold water

1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

1 ½ cups mini marshmallows

1 cup chopped fresh strawberries

1 cup cottage cheese (optional)

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk the Jell-O mix with hot water until fully dissolved.

Stir in crushed ice or cold water. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes, until slightly thickened but not fully set.

Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and evenly combined.

Stir in crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, chopped strawberries, and cottage cheese (if using).

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set and fluffy.

Spoon into a serving dish or cups. Garnish with extra strawberries or whipped topping if desired.

Notes

Swap Jell-O flavors (raspberry or cherry) for variation.

Omit cottage cheese for a sweeter version.

Use fresh whipped cream if preferred, but stabilize it to hold the fluff texture.
