Instructions
- Add heavy cream, milk, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to a bowl or frother.
- Blend or whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Add strawberry syrup or puree and mix again until light and fluffy.
- Prepare your favorite iced coffee or cold brew.
- Spoon the cold foam gently over the drink.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top if desired and serve immediately.
