Instructions
- Arrange mixed greens or arugula evenly on a serving plate.
- Scatter sliced strawberries over the greens.
- Place the burrata in the center or tear it into pieces and distribute over the salad.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over the salad.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Top with fresh basil leaves.
- Sprinkle toasted nuts if using, then serve immediately.
Notes
- Use mozzarella as a substitute if burrata is unavailable.
- Arugula adds a peppery flavor, but any greens work well.
- Add lemon juice for extra brightness.
- Include seeds or croutons for added crunch.
