Ingredients

  • 1 batch of brownies (homemade or boxed), baked and cooled
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
  • Candy eyes

Instructions

  1. Bake a batch of brownies in an 8×8 or 9×9-inch square pan. Let cool completely.
  2. Cut the brownies into 12–16 rectangles or squares, depending on preferred size.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with oil (if using) in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Transfer melted chocolate to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
  5. Drizzle the chocolate over each brownie in crisscrossing lines to resemble mummy bandages.
  6. Before the chocolate sets, gently press two candy eyes onto each brownie.
  7. Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or in the fridge before serving.

Notes

  • Use cream cheese frosting for a softer, sweeter “bandage” look.
  • Add Halloween sprinkles before the chocolate sets for extra flair.
  • Store-bought brownies work great in a pinch — just decorate and go.
  • For a gluten-free version, use your favorite gluten-free brownie base.
  • Don’t refrigerate too long — just until the chocolate sets.
