Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl.
- Stir until a soft dough forms, then lightly knead until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
- Flatten each ball into an oval or round shape using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each naan for 1–2 minutes per side, until bubbles form and golden spots appear.
- Remove from the skillet and keep warm while cooking the remaining naan.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Add a little extra flour if the dough is too sticky.
- Brush with butter or olive oil after cooking for extra flavor.
- Garlic naan can be made by brushing with melted butter and minced garlic.
- Do not overcook, or the naan may become dry.
