Ingredients
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 small tub white icing
- 2 drops light blue gel food coloring
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 10 shark gummies
Instructions
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, mix condensed milk, icing, sugar, and food coloring until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream into the blue mixture, stir in 6 shark gummies, then freeze in a container for at least 6 hours.
- Scoop frozen shark ice cream into a blender, add a splash of milk or cream, and blend until frosty.
- Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream or icing, and finish with remaining shark gummies.
Notes
- For a fizzy twist, make it a Shark Float with soda.
- Use coconut cream and dairy-free condensed milk for a vegan-friendly version.
- Add crushed cookies or blue rock candy for texture.
- Drizzle strawberry syrup for a “bloody ocean” Shark Week effect.
