Ingredients

  • 4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 small tub white icing
  • 2 drops light blue gel food coloring
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 10 shark gummies

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, mix condensed milk, icing, sugar, and food coloring until smooth.
  2. Fold whipped cream into the blue mixture, stir in 6 shark gummies, then freeze in a container for at least 6 hours.
  3. Scoop frozen shark ice cream into a blender, add a splash of milk or cream, and blend until frosty.
  4. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream or icing, and finish with remaining shark gummies.

Notes

  • For a fizzy twist, make it a Shark Float with soda.
  • Use coconut cream and dairy-free condensed milk for a vegan-friendly version.
  • Add crushed cookies or blue rock candy for texture.
  • Drizzle strawberry syrup for a “bloody ocean” Shark Week effect.
