Ingredients

8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate (chopped or chips),1/2 cup heavy cream,23 tbsp seedless raspberry jam or preserves,1 tbsp butter (optional, for smooth texture),1/2 tsp vanilla extract,Pinch of salt,Cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or crushed freeze-dried raspberries (for rolling)

Instructions

Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until just simmering.,Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate in a bowl.
