Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz each) or homemade pizza dough

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup mini pepperoni or chopped pepperoni slices

Instructions

Prepare the Dough: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). If using refrigerated biscuit dough, open the cans and cut each biscuit into quarters. If using homemade pizza dough, roll it out and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Add the Cheese and Pepperoni: In a mixing bowl, combine the dough pieces with shredded mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni (or chopped pepperoni slices). Mix well to coat the dough with cheese and pepperoni.

Assemble the Monkey Bread: Grease a bundt pan or round baking dish. Layer the dough mixture into the pan, placing pieces of dough, cheese, and pepperoni until evenly distributed.

Bake the Monkey Bread: Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted. Allow the bread to cool slightly before serving.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

Add Veggies: Add bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives to the dough for a veggie pizza twist.

Cheese Swap: Try using cheddar or Parmesan for a different flavor.

Spicy Kick: Use spicy pepperoni or add red pepper flakes for heat.
