Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas or pita breads
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pizza sauce or marinara, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut tortillas or pitas into triangle-shaped chips and arrange on the baking sheet.
  3. Brush each chip lightly with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over the chips.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella, a few pieces of pepperoni, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and chips are golden and crisp.
  7. Let cool slightly, then serve with warm pizza sauce or marinara for dipping.
