- 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice or water
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)
Instructions
- Add pineapple, banana, milk, yogurt (if using), and orange juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting thickness with more liquid or ice as needed.
- Taste and add sweetener if desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy cold.
