Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas are a delicious and fun mash-up of pizza and quesadillas! With crispy tortillas, gooey mozzarella cheese, savory pepperoni, and tangy pizza sauce, they’re the perfect quick meal or snack!
4 8-inch flour tortillas
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (~2 oz)
1 cup pizza sauce (¼ cup per quesadilla)
1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or more if you like it extra cheesy)
Heat the Skillet: Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. No oil or butter is needed; just ensure the skillet is hot.
Assemble the Quesadilla: Place one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about ¼ cup of pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then layer with 6-8 slices of pepperoni.
