Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup passionfruit pulp (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice or lime juice
- 1–2 tsp raw honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup cold water or ice cubes
- Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Blend mango chunks, passionfruit pulp, coconut water, orange or lime juice, honey (if using), and sea salt until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess as desired.
- Pour into a glass or pitcher and stir in cold water or ice to thin as needed.
- If using chia seeds, stir them in and let sit for 5–10 minutes to expand.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- Use frozen fruit for a slushier, smoothie-like version.
- Substitute mango with pineapple or papaya for variation.
- Add cucumber or mint for extra cooling flavor.
- Great base for adding electrolytes or collagen supplements.
- Stir before serving if stored in fridge to recombine pulp.
