Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup passionfruit pulp (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice or lime juice
  • 12 tsp raw honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup cold water or ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend mango chunks, passionfruit pulp, coconut water, orange or lime juice, honey (if using), and sea salt until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess as desired.
  3. Pour into a glass or pitcher and stir in cold water or ice to thin as needed.
  4. If using chia seeds, stir them in and let sit for 5–10 minutes to expand.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit for a slushier, smoothie-like version.
  • Substitute mango with pineapple or papaya for variation.
  • Add cucumber or mint for extra cooling flavor.
  • Great base for adding electrolytes or collagen supplements.
  • Stir before serving if stored in fridge to recombine pulp.
