Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Spoon the mixture into serving cups and gently press down to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the Oreo crusts.
- Sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Chill cups well so they set properly.
