Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional coatings: melted chocolate, crushed graham crackers, chopped peanuts, cocoa powder, shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until thick and creamy.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop and roll the chilled mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Roll each ball in your preferred coating.
- Place coated balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm before serving.
Notes
- Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
- Add mini chocolate chips or a drizzle of white chocolate for extra flair.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
- Best served chilled or at room temperature.
