Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 12 tablespoons milk (if needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until thick and well combined.
  4. If the mixture is too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time until it holds together easily.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  8. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
