Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then place them in a large bowl.
  3. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Arrange the potatoes cut-side down on top of the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the bottoms are deeply golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before carefully lifting the potatoes from the pan.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
