Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions or chives, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Arrange in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and half of the shredded cheddar until smooth.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and topping is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before garnishing with green onions or chives. Serve warm.
