Ingredients

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or mint), chopped

Instructions

  1. Add feta cheese, Greek yogurt or cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, and garlic to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
