- 200 g feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cream cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or mint), chopped
Instructions
- Add feta cheese, Greek yogurt or cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, and garlic to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
