Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1620 pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 30–40 seconds until softened and easy to mix.
  3. Stir the cheeses together until smooth and well combined.
  4. Add the almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  6. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and gently press a pepperoni slice on top of each ball.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the pizza bites are golden and slightly firm.
  8. Allow them to cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
