These Irresistible No-Bake Salted Caramel Cookies are a perfect sweet and salty treat! 2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
2/3 cup evaporated milk
3.4 ounces instant butterscotch pudding mix
3 1/2 cups quick oats
Dash of salt to taste
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup toffee chips
Prepare for Baking: Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper to prevent sticking. Measure out the oats and set aside. Place chocolate chips in the freezer to keep them firm.
Cook the Caramel Mixture: In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, salt, and evaporated milk. Stir frequently and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once it boils, let it cook for 30 seconds.
Mix in Oats and Pudding: Remove from heat and stir in the oats and dry pudding mix. Let it cool for a few minutes.
Add Chocolate and Toffee: Quickly stir in chocolate chips and toffee chips, being careful not to melt the chocolate completely.
