25 ounces frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed and divided (3 tubs: 1 for cream cheese layer, 1 for chocolate layer, 4 ounces for garnish)
4.65 ounces Hershey’s milk chocolate bars (about three 1.55-ounce bars), plus an additional bar for garnish (optional)
Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:
