Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Halloween-colored M&M’s or chocolate candies
  • 1/4 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • Candy eyes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips, Halloween candies, and sprinkles.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spacing evenly.
  8. Press a few extra candies or candy eyes on top of each dough ball.
  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are just set.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
