  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced or diced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

  3. Warm the flatbreads in the oven or on a skillet until soft and pliable.
  4. Spread tzatziki sauce evenly on each flatbread.
  5. Top with sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and olives if using.

  7. Serve flatbreads open-faced or folded like wraps.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker version.
  • Customize with toppings like roasted red peppers or hummus.
  • Store components separately to prevent sogginess.
  • Make it vegetarian with grilled halloumi or roasted chickpeas.
