- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Grill or pan-cook the chicken over medium heat until fully cooked and browned. Let rest, then slice.
- Warm the flatbreads in the oven or on a skillet until soft and pliable.
- Spread tzatziki sauce evenly on each flatbread.
- Top with sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and olives if using.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta and garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve flatbreads open-faced or folded like wraps.
