- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1–2 tsp red food coloring (gel or liquid)

- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- Whisk melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring, mixing until fully combined.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
- Gently fold the batter until just combined.
- Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 28–30 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
- Cool completely before slicing to maintain a fudgy texture.

- Do not overbake to keep brownies extra fudgy.
- Gel food coloring gives a more vibrant red color.
- Swirl in cream cheese for a classic red velvet variation.
