- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream
- 2–3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, and mayonnaise (or sour cream) until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously on top.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and topping is golden and bubbly.
- Let rest a few minutes before garnishing with green onions and serving.
Notes
- Stir chopped spinach or broccoli into the cream cheese mixture for extra vegetables.
- Add hot sauce or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Use chicken thighs instead of breasts for a juicier cut.
- Cook in an air fryer at 375°F for 18–20 minutes.
