Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, but undercook slightly. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes or sriracha.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and let it simmer for 1 minute to slightly thicken.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until evenly coated and glossy.
- Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Top with a fried egg if desired and serve immediately.

- Swap oyster sauce with hoisin for a vegetarian-friendly version.
- Add protein like shrimp, tofu, or chicken for a more filling meal.
