Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4050 slices of pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a thin rectangle and cut into long strips.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce along each strip.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  5. Place pepperoni slices slightly overlapping along one edge of each strip.
  6. Roll up each strip from one end to form a rose shape and place into the muffin tin.
  7. Brush tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
