Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Prepare the biscuits according to package instructions or homemade recipe.
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne.
- Coat each piece of marinated chicken in the seasoned flour, pressing firmly to adhere.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry chicken until golden and cooked through, or bake/air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a small saucepan, warm honey and hot sauce together until well combined.
- Split the baked biscuits open, add a piece of crispy chicken, and drizzle with hot honey.
- Brush biscuit tops with melted butter and serve warm.
