These easy crack chicken tenders are crispy, cheesy, and bursting with flavor thanks to Ranch seasoning, Parmesan, and crushed Ritz crackers. Baked—not fried—they’re a quick and irresistible weeknight dinner that everyone loves.
1 pound chicken tenders
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix Coating: In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
