Ingredients

1 pound chicken tenders

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 packet Ranch seasoning mix

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Mix Coating: In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Coat Chicken: Dredge each chicken tender in the mayonnaise mixture until well coated.

Bread Tenders: Press coated chicken into crushed Ritz crackers, coating evenly and firmly.

Bake: Place tenders on prepared baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
